Khloe is from Muscoda, Wisconsin and graduated from high school this year. She plans to attend the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she will major in Elementary Education. In her free time, she likes to go on walks and read. She also enjoys weightlifting and Bible study. Khloe describes herself as a creative person and likes to paint and color. Although Khloe hates white milk, she loves chocolate milk! Her tendency to always be outside and moving means that her shoes are never clean.
One of her favorite ways to connect with God is just by turning her phone on “do not disturb,” blasting worship music, and reading her Bible. She likes to highlight the parts of Scripture that really stand out to her as she reads.
Khloe has been attending Camp Bear Creek since she was six years old! She says, “I am looking forward to making connections with many young adults that are also striving to grow in their faith! I am excited to guide kids to a closer relationship with God!” She has more memories of camp than can be noted, but Khloe says, “My favorite thing I have gained from camp is the friendships. I have made some of the closest relationships and friends that are now like family!” Khloe hopes to encourage parents and kids who might be new to Camp Bear Creek. She says, “Every single time I have attended camp, I have come back both physically and spiritually refreshed! Camp Bear Creek has truly brought me to greater times and to a more fulfilled life with Christ in the center!”
Khloe’s favorite Bible verse is Ecclesiastes 3:1: “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heavens.” She says, “This is my favorite verse because it shows that God has a time for everything you will ever need in life. It also helps me to let God’s will be done because He knows the purpose and not me.”
