Nadia is from Sanford, Florida and attends Florida State University where she is studying Media & Communication Studies. She loves to create content and is always looking for new opportunities to try out and perfect her skills. She also enjoys writing and singing jingles about different things. She loves fashion and especially shoes, so packing just one suitcase to come to camp is going to be a challenge for her!
Ever since she was a child, Nadia has loved to sing. She says, “Singing in church is not only how I connect with God but also how I express myself.”
Nadia never had the chance to go to camp as a kid, so this will be a new experience for her, and she’s excited for the adventure. “I’m looking forward to connecting with God and nature. Being in a college town, I don’t get to experience things like kayaking and archery.” She can’t wait to meet everyone and to connect with the camp community over social media.
Nadia’s favorite Bible verse is Joshua 1:9: “Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
