Check-in is anytime after 3:00pm on the day of your arrival. Check-out is by 12:00pm on the day of your departure. Groups looking for earlier check-in times or later check-out times can contact the camp office. Some flexibility may be available for an additional fee.
Of course! Please notify the office in advance of any dietary restrictions, and we will be sure to provide appropriate alternatives to guests with specific dietary needs.
For groups who plan to make their own food during their stay, the deposit is $250 per night, per unit. For groups utilizing the Camp Bear Creek food service, the deposit is $350 per per night, per unit.
A full refund of the deposit will be made if the conference is canceled (61+) days before the reserved date. One half of the deposit will be returned if the conference is canceled (31-60) days before the reserved date. The deposit is forfeited if the reservation is canceled (0-30) days before the reserved date. In the case of severe weather, the deposit is non-refundable, but transferable within (12) months for the same group.
Our dining hall is provided for groups who choose to utilize Bear Creek’s food service at no additional cost. The dining hall can seat up to 150 people and has a projector, screen, and sound system. Handicap accessible bathrooms are located on the main floor and additional bathroom and shower spaces are located on the lower level.
