Location & Directions

Camp Bear Creek is a sanctuary of forest in the midst of Iowa’s Farmland. Here, you’ll find bluffs and caves to explore, trees to shelter you, and our namesake, Bear Creek, winding its way through it all. Just an hour from Dubuque, the Quad Cities, Cedar Rapids and Iowa City, we are conveniently centered amidst several of Eastern Iowa’s population centers. We’re also within three hours of Chicago and Des Moines and the perfect location for those traveling from farther away but looking for a place to “meet in the middle.”
