Brendan Pasker

Brendan is from Monticello, Iowa, and is a Music Education student at Kirkwood Community College. He spent 11 summers at Camp Bear Creek as a camper and is joining us for his second summer on staff as our High Ropes Specialist. He says, “I always remember camp as a great place to be accepted with a great community.” Looking forward to this summer, Brendan can’t wait to get back in the swing of things and make more amazing memories. Camp Bear Creek is one of his favorite places to be.

Brendan loves music, and he is an excellent saxophone player! He also enjoys fixing cars. When you meet Brendan, one of the first things people notice about him is how tall he is. He wears a size 16 shoe! Being that tall also comes with having a big appetite, and Brendan claims he can eat 22 Taco Bell soft shell tacos in one sitting. We’re guessing taco night at camp might be his favorite meal.

Brendan connects best to God on long car rides where he can just be alone with his thoughts. He’s so excited to be part of our first Ropes Course Staff here at Camp Bear Creek. He’ll see you on the zip line!

Brendan’s favorite Bible verse is John 11:35: “Jesus wept.”
