Hanna Langley

Hanna connects best with God through music. She’s a Music Therapy major at Wartburg College, so that totally makes sense! She has always enjoyed music, and some of her favorite activities are singing and playing guitar. You’ll definitely see her and her guitar at worship with us this summer. She also enjoys reading and painting. Hanna really likes sharks, and she even briefly considered being a Marine Biologist just so she could study sharks for a living.

Hanna is from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and she’s no stranger to Camp Bear Creek. She’s come to camp ever since she was a little kid, starting with You & Me camp and coming all the way through Counselors-in-Training (CIT). This is her third summer on staff with us! She says, “I’ve loved every second of my time here, and I’m so excited to spend more!”

For Hanna, the best part of camp is building awesome relationships in a place that she loves. She says, “I love working with kids, and I will do everything in my power to make sure your kids stay safe and have a great time!”

Hanna’s favorite Bible verse is 1 Corinthians 13:4: “Love is patient and kind. Love is not boastful or proud.”
